The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), in collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing Program Office (SSPO), established a second generation suite of indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) strategically sourced contracts for non-IT Program Management, Administrative, Operations (Clerical), and Technical Services II (PACTS II) that will enable DHS to accomplish its mission objectives. PACTS II is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) with IDIQs awarded across two (2) functional categories:

OASIS Pool 2 Small Business (Sub)
BlahOASIS SB is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contract for use by all Federal agencies and other General Services Administration (GSA) approved entities. OASIS SB is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level. The Core Disciplines of this contract vehicle include Program Management Services, Management Consulting Services, Scientific Services, Engineering Services, Logistics Services, and Financial Management Services as well as Information Technology and Ancillary Support Services.
GSA 00CORP (Sub)
The Professional Services Schedule 00CORP (47QRAA18D002N) provides a streamlined approach to fulfilling requirements that fall within the scope of several service-based GSA Schedules. The goal of GSA 00CORP is to offer a total solution across several service competencies. Contractors under this schedule have a single contract that offers scopes of service that span multiple GSA Schedules.

GSA IT Schedule 70 (Sub)
GSA IT Schedule 70 is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract that is the largest procurement vehicle and the most widely used acquisition offering in the federal government. It allows Crisis1 to offer a comprehensive array of IT professional services and solutions in a timely and accelerated fashion using simplified online ordering and usage of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) through GSA Advantage. For the acquisition of services, it takes just 15-60 days depending on acquisition complexity. It provides a framework for Crisis1 and their industry partners to collaborate and offer a total solution that meets customer requirements through Contractor Team Arrangements (CTAs). Finally, there is a nationwide network of resources, including complementary e-tools and responsive regional GSA representatives to assist with acquisitions.
SeaPort Next Generation, or, SeaPort-NxG. SeaPort-NxG is divided into two work categories: engineering support services and program management support services. The Navy has made 1,870 awards for this new version of its massive SeaPort contract for professional services that pulls in nearly $5 billion a year in task orders, really enabling our team to be involved in something substantial, with considerable avenues for professional and experiential growth. The contract also has provisions for small business, with work set aside in the following categories: veteran-owned, woman-owned, HUBzone and general small business.
